The last incubation period named "hatching" represents a very delicate phase, requiring a great attention towards some environmental parameters which are very important for its positive results and, more precisely, towards high humidity percentage needed and heat distribution mode which makes water evaporation easier.
During the years, we have assessed this need and, to this purpose, created machines equipped with excellent thermal insulation and static air heating systems, relevant factors to easily reach humidification levels suitable in that phase.
The static air hatching chambers are effectively conceived for the final phase of chick birth (last 2 days) and exclusively manufactured in insulated prepainted steel panels with air gap made of highly insulating polystyrene; this design choice also ensures a long duration of product and easy cleaning.
Static hatchers, usually coupled with incubators without internal hatching compartment, have been conceived to implement a programmed weekly hatching cycle to reach the best hatching performance.
